Hi, I am Paula, a very happy, married and very pregnant Training Manager and Business Adviser. I work every Friday from our Barnard Castle Office and also work at Wear Valley Office seeing a range of lovely clients who wish to start their own business. I also run our NVQ Level 4 Business Development course for those improving their business and undertake other ad hoc contracts in around schools within Wear Valley and Teesdale. I never have two days the same and my Manager and colleagues are a fantastic support – best job in the world!!!

Having been a professional singer for a number of years, I then became a children’s Author, with a published book series called Stan Stories which taps into the National Curriculum for 5-7 year olds. My claim to fame is that if you watch Sky travel and adventure my husband and I star in a reality TV show called Desert Darlings produced by channel 4, where my husband and I had to survive the extremes of heat and cold whilst living in the Namibian Desert about two years ago!! Having had a near death experience by being stung by a swarm of African bees this gave me the motivation to develop an idea I always had into a business which has really helped me understand the difficulties one may face.
